We will happily replace, repair, or issue credit for, any goods which are defective owing to a Truefitt & Hill (Gentleman's Grooming) Ltd. error, e.g. product damaged, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization. No returns will be received without prior approval within 28 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of standard Postal (ONLY) Service return delivery and send you a replacement order free of delivery charge ONLY if return is received unopened, and in original condition.
Refunds will only be made against the original form of payment used.
You must retain proof of postage for all returns.
For hygiene purposes, any toiletry items that have been opened or used for any reason may not be returned unless faulty.
