The harmonious overtones of woody vertivert are lifted with a refreshing essence of grapefruit and are accentuated by notes of pepper, while its heart of cedar- wood and patchouli, which has been enriched by sensual notes of musk, gives an alluring base to this captivating fragrance. Fresh, aromatic, masculine and timeless.

Most Complements

I use many different colognes during a month's time, but I don't get complements near as many times as when I use Apsley. I don't only get complements from women, but many men ask what I'm wearing. I highly recommend it.

The best fragrance I own

I have been a fan of Truefitt & Hill colognes for many years. Last year I bought Apsley to try a new fragrance. It is easily my favorite cologne in the T&H line but also my favorite cologne I have ever owned. A wonderfully subtle and fresh scent unlike any others I have owned. Each time I wear it I get lots of great comments from women (and men) who encounter the fragrance.

Perfect.

My Aventus cologne just ran out and I wanted to start with a new scent. Apsley did not disappoint. It is very unique and different from everything out there while still having that classic, English style feel. The price did jump up a bit on these but the price is fair considering the average for a higher end cologne.

Just OK

I have all the scents except the Spanish Leather. The Apsley is my least favored one of the bunch. I would not purchase it again. The other scents are 5 star worthy citing their unique and complex qualities. I was going to give it three stars but then recalled it costs more than the others for a less desirable product so knock off one more star.

Thank you for your feedback, such a personal choice. The cost is slightly more due to increased ingredient and packaging costs with newer launch.

Complex and wonderful scent.

I began my T&H journey with the purchase of the sample kit and what a great journey it has been. I now have the Apsley Shaving Cream and the Cologne. The cologne is such a fantastic and complex scent. The citrus works so well together with the woody and somewhat spicy fragrances. Absolutely amazing, clean and fresh. Very pleased with this cologne. It doesn’t overwhelm and fill a room. Apsley stays near to the body for close encounters. Simply OUTSTANDING!
