Orders placed before 12:30pm (CST) will generally ship same business day. This includes all UPS Ground, 2-Day, Overnight and USPS orders.
Hours of operation are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (CST). Our office and warehouse are closed weekends/holidays.
Orders shipped to *Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS.
Due to custom fees and brokerage fees for incoming parcels in *Canada, USPS provides the most cost-effective shipping method. Shipping via USPS to Canada will take 2-3 weeks .
